whats with the 0.16% market share for "other" in relation to GPUS's, I literally cannot think of any other GPU manufacturers other than Intel/AMD/Nvidia

I don't think this means anything.
Starting in September, Steam's stats were distorted by a wave of (mostly) Chinese PUBG players using PCs with Intel CPUs, NVIDIA GPUs, and Windows 7. Most of those people seem to have gotten tired of PUBG and stopped using Steam, so things are returning to normal.
About damn time, Intel needs stiff competition. I wouldn't mind if another manufacturer steps in, perhaps Qualcomm. Is possible for Qualcomm to compete? Who knows. Their chipsets were recently used in a few laptops.
