    Wouldn't think the icons at the top would be touch sensitive, how's that accessible with no tactile feedback?

    Well, if it helps those with accessibility issues, I'm all in favour.

    From the picture, I don't quite get it, but then, I'm not the target market. If it really helps those that are, then good on you, whoever did it.

    BBC video on this. Looks great, really flexibly and will open doors to gaming for a lot of people. Hats of to Microsoft for developing this, no one was forcing them to. Over to you Sony (and Nintendo).

    It looks like those are just icons above various ports allowing the user to plug in alternative control methods which will remap the various L/R triggers, button functions. It can be seen more in the video link that jimbouk posted.
