As cool as this is, I can't see this being cheaper than 3x24inch screens

For productivity use too you need to be able to sub-divide or the mouse travel side to size will be a nightmare...

I wondered how long it would take to replace the 49" 1080p SuperUltraWide they launched last year (early this year?).

I used to run a 3 screen Eyefinity and in the end decided it was too wide and thin. Plus I spent half my time fiddling with games getting them to not look bollocks at the edges. The 21:9 Ultrawide is a much nicer size in my opinion and 99% of games seem to be able to cope.

Also it's what you do with it that counts.

I'm hoping they allow it to be split into 3 inputs or similar. Then it literally becomes 3 screens, and the OS will treat it as 3 monitors. It's at least an option for those with productivity requirements.

Good for simulation games (auto / airplane), but not sure that fps or moba would be nice on it.
