I can't see much that I'm really interested in at the prices they have. I would have got Elite: Dangerous had it been a fiver again, but it's nearly double that right now.

I got a Steam Link in the winter sale - was buying a steam controller anyway, and it was hardly anything then to add it into the parcel.


Same postage either way so not much point not getting one (unless you've already got one) if you are buying a controller.

There is a new badge for playing the summer game as well - Salien - has several ranks to it, I'm at the basic rank 1.

I finally bought PUBG.... and refunded it after 66 minutes, which includes server downtime.
The only thing that saves it from being a complete and utter waste, is that I can turn round to friends and say, "Yes I did try it and yes it is utter carp".

Nothing else jumping out at me, so I went GameBoy shopping instead.

Is £9 really too much? You need a hotas stick for at least £35 from Argos about the cheapest for the Thrustmaster that I use just to make the game playable, then ideally you need a £500 VR headset to make it properly immersive which means at least a £200 graphics card. If you balk at an extra £4, that probably isn't the game for you

Edit: Unless you were intending to get a second copy, which at one point I would have done for a fiver but I don't play it enough now

Well.... you don't really neeeeeeeed a HOTAS.....
I also hear that most of the top PvPers in Elite are M&KBers, these days.

But really, if it's a tenner for the base game, you'll probably want to add the Horizons stuff.
