It did specify the games will work only when the car is parked and stationary.
And pokemon go is a no no, there were drives who killed people because of playing pokemon go while driving, a truck driver killed a girl because of not playing attention due to the game.
But i think people who will be able to afford these kind of cars wont really be there to play those games, either they are not players at all or they'd prefer a better set up than a car.
i suppose it gives the pricks that drive these another reason to feel boss.
