Admittedly this wouldn't be able to run a rtx 2080 but it would at least be more accurate to the ship, something I'm sure a star trek fan, ie someone who would buy this, would be wanting over pure performance.
The reason they probably have to do that is for a full sized card and TBH its not really that noticeable from the front - at the very least it means the case has some degree of an upgrade path,as laptop parts mean that you would need an MXM card which is not so easy to get hold off.Quote:

I found it great idea. You can always do better, this one looks great.
As someone who is not over enamoured with blingy gaming cases i actually like this.
If you have nowhere to conceal your case then this would look okay as a display ornament as well.
I can see a market for this idea, spaceships, something like a Millenium Falcon case would probably sell really well.
My favourite would be the Babylon 5 space station which being cylindrical should make an ideal case.
Anyone else got an idea of a spaceship that would make a good case for off the shelf components?

I would buy a Shadow Battlecrab case if it was possible to have one as a case as it is my favourite ship of all time, something beautiful about its menacing looks.
