£1,499 would get you a RTX 2080Ti with no cow.
Wow that is ugly! Doesn't appeal in the slightest, especially at that price.
It's clearly pitched against the surface line - and I would see no reason to look at HP instead tbh unless I really liked dead cow skin.

Definitely my next laptop considering the size, style and battery life
2 years max, and things would fall apart. First to go would be the AC adapter port (poor soldering). Then the touchscreen would get all wonky with no way to re-calibrate.
Like the styling, shame it's made by HP.
Oh how I despise HP. What they did to early Pre adopters was disgusting but their stuff is just BAD. I never buy anything HP and my parents went and bought a top of the range inkjet Envy by HP. It has given me no end of trouble and I was so annoyed with them as it's always me they expect to come and set up / fix things but they never consult me on the purchase. If a printer comes with games on it, the software devs haven't been focussing on the right things. Proven repeatedly by my parent's printer.
