Looks like eBay UK have now added instant selling. Works for recent Apple and Samsung phones right now.

I dont think its instant selling. If you put in phone details it just gives you a price and takes you to the normal auction sell screen

Yes, I just tried again with the Samsung Galaxy S8 and when followed through it isn't an instant sell. I found that form via a banner on the main eBay page, seems a bit pointless...
