Any third party GeForce RTX 2080 Ti graphics card problems / failures should be unrelated.

How unexpected, preorder a fresh shinning card for additional 10% just to have a fun with the support for a month or so.
So the hardware manufacturers are doing same development cycles as software. Sell a product, then "maybe" fix it if people complains enough.
Preorder is preorder in the end.

I see that not only Founders edition cards are affected like they say

'... ..."limited test escapes". The language used is a bit vague but suggests some early GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition cards were not tested thoroughly before packing and shipment to customers.'

WTF ... that is quality assurance for you!

There is talk about the RTX 2080 Ti FE being "de-listed" for now.
It is indeed out of stock when I just checked (checked US and UK stores).

Another site is claiming that batches of "RTX 2080 Ti cards were manually repaired (soldered) by Nvidia before sale"...
