Re: 3rd gen AMD Ryzen slides leak from Gigabyte event

Should I buy now the Ryzen 2600 or 2700, or wait the 3rd gen that will bring prices drop?

Delivering common sense these days is a repetitive and thankless job, eh? Honestly if they're asking whether they should be buying, rather than just buying whatever's good, then they don't *need* anything.

Edit: bugger, just a few seconds out. Well done atemporal

Will be interesting to see if Navi supports PCIe 4.0.

Given this article is about a release next year, if you need it by Christmas you've answered your own question

I will buy what ever is available when ram prices drop to reasonable levels, so far I haven't bought an R7 1800 or R7 2700 due to ram prices.

I'm going to wait for 10th gen Intel. yes I know that's a long way off. Been wanting ICE lake for many years, I might as well wait another 2 more.

Why? (and I don't mean that aggressively, I'm just curious )
