Also whats with only 2400 DDR4 at the highend? the rest are 2666 DDR4. somethings wierd there.

Maybe this first iteration of 10nm is going to be like a first foray and the first foray is just baby steps.

Which is really bad news for Intel and 10nm if that is the case, how many months/years will it take to ramp up to Skylake equivalent.

We've been asking them to do this for ages - it's pointless throwing away a whole chip just because the IGP cache has an error, and likewise pointless spending the power to it (even if it's gated well).

The table starts at the lower end, which has DDR-2400.

I think i thought this was the 10nm thread. I'm looking at my comment and those before and have no idea why i put that comment on this thread!!

That I presume is to stop people buying these for workstations when Intel would rather sell you a more expensive chip.
