Android hasn't had a good way to specify DNS while still letting you get DHCP-assigned IP addresses, so this is great news. (At least up through 6.0; my gear can't upgrade to newer versions so I can't be sure)

OK, I've basically given upon this one for now because it will turn off when you reboot, and sometimes in other cases, silently falling back to the provider DNS.
