It's normally around now that one or more plants suffers some sort of major disaster and prices rise again isn't it? My moneys on a fire. Completely accidental of course.

No, I reckon it will be a flood. As a result of the coffer dam breaking from the holding pond retaining the emergency fire fighting water that they installed following the risk review after their competitor's fire the last time. That is much more plausible deniability, and the irony just makes the claim all the sweeter. (You've got to learn to think like them.)

Nah, floods have been the cause of the last two artificial inflations; this time will be because of nuclear fallout. Totally believable right? right?

Typically, I bought 32GB DDR4 at pretty much it's height. Not bothered though; the best time to buy is when you need it.
But if they keep coming down, at this rate it'll be a doddle to go to 64GB.

My point entirely. This time a flood from a less conventional source. It's the layers of irony that will mean it might just come to pass.
As for NFallout - if that happens RAM prices will be the least of my concerns. Just saying.
