An apology of sorts has been garnered by the WSJ writer from Apple. "We are aware that a small number of users are having issues with their third-generation butterfly keyboard and for that we are sorry," an Apple spokesman said in a statement. "The vast majority of Mac notebook customers are having a positive experience with the new keyboard."

Thats standard Apple though isn't it, antenna gate, you're holding it wrong, anything with Apple, you do it their way, or you're in the wrong, they make some nice kit but really need to change that attitude..

"the WSJ article suggests Apple should stop designing things with thinness prioritised over practical functionality" - HA!

But why would anyone want a CPU that doesn't throttle or a keyboard that slowly deletes itself? Why would you ever want to repair a device when you could just buy another one? In case it's lost, that was sarcasm.

It used to be Microsoft not listening to their customers with the Windows OS. Now Apple. Disappointing...
