I believe Disney really disliked the publicity they got around the Loot Boxes for Battlefront 2. So I am going guess EA have been told if they want to keep using the license to not do and make it explicitly clear.

At least this is one AAA game that won't be an Epic exclusive!!

I have learned my lesson with EA though, not going to pre order this, will wait for reviews and see if it's really a full game or not first!

Has there ever been a good Star Wars game? I've tried several over the years. There's no logical way to swing a lightsaber with a mouse, keyboard or joypad, so you end up just clicking everywhere and hoping for the best.

Star Wars Battlefront, might as well just be regular battlefront, and any form of space flight combat is best left to the likes of Elite Dangerous or Eve Valkyrie.

I can't see me ever buying another Star Wars game, I've always been disappointed.

While I haven't played them, the original Star Wars Battlefronts (2004) were supposedly good as well as the Knights of the Old Republic.

The first Battlefront from a few years ago wasn't so bad either, I had a lot of fun playing it.

The Star Wars game I enjoyed the most and played the most would be Lego Star Wars though haha

The Force Awakens was pretty good fun, I thought.
