These smell expensive and overengineered.
Interesting they're pushing PCIe 5.0 and DDR5 though. But the likelihood this will trickle down to gCPU is still looking like late 2020/2021.

Makes sense. Start designing around a new chip like this now, maybe get product to market in 18 to 24 months. PCIe 5 and 400GbE won't be quite so shiny by then.
