    USB Implementers Forum publishes USB4 specification

    It is based upon the Thunderbolt protocol specification recently contributed by Intel.

    atleast they call it USB4 and not usb3.3 gen5

    Don't worry, considering they want to allow for a number of different implementation levels, I'm sure they will clutter the market with all kinds of confusing designations in no time at all!
