Really? Intel seems to be struggling enough with 14nm, let alone 1.4! :)

monolithic or chiplet .. it rumbles on. What is Qualcomm or Apple doing, and how does it compare?
If Ram is on the CPU die its great BUT ...many problems ....
I'm still running a 3570K at 4600Hz, still waiting for the speed to double before I upgrade :-)
