Maybe its a sign of them planning to get rid of Wordpad?
Personally I cant remember the last time I used it so no loss to me, I either use Notepad or Word..
Well, let's just hope that they get forced to offer Open Office as well.
Wordpad's only use was a native Windows text editor that could handle \n line endings.
Pretty sure I read somewhere that they were at the very least removing wordpad from the standard install and you'd need to get it from the microsoft store in future...Quote:

Just another massive headache for SysAdmins. Now have to close off these ads so they don't open webpages or store links. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.
