Mid/entry level range phones for the win for me at least. Just got a Huawei P Smart Z(Android 9/Pie with 4000mAh battery) for my birthday and does everything I expect it to do very well.

I'd rather attach defib pads to my gentlemen's vegetables and shout "CLEAR".

That won't resuscitate them if they already resemble vegetables, though... You'd be better of buying a swishy new Samsung phone and playing Candy Crush/watching pron on the ultra-high-definition screen!!

I'm wondering if phones at these kind of prices are aiming to replace sports cars as the main mid-life crisis purchase...?
