That says to me that the volume of sales is in the 2GB variant.
Perhaps for most people the 4GB is too hot and the 1GB too cold...
Edit: I love that Ice Tower cooler, hadn't seen that before. Want one for my Pi now, but at £20 it seems a bit extravagant.

I think the extra £20 for the 4GB makes the 2GB the sweetspot for most pockets.
Proper tinkerer's could get by with that easily, and the HTPC crowd which would benefit most for the 4GB are more likely to buy a cheap Android box if spending over that £50 point, especially considering they'd still likely need a case, power, and most definably a heat sink to push the cose up even more.
