It's a little bit like when people properly trained with firearms watch an action film and wince at the muzzle discipline of the "SWAT" team and laugh as the Glock makes the sound of the hammer being cocked. In fact, if you're bored you can play drinking games or bingo to those films.

It's easy enough to rewrap an 18650. Most of mine have them.
Only reason I suspect it's not is the lack of rib at the nipple end, but I'm sure they don't all have that, either.

The pin spacing should be the same as a CPU, so you can work out how big this is. I'm just not interested enough to count or even estimate how may pins there are per side (or look up current Intel pin density).

Edit: OFC for data center use I expect there is a bunch of HBM2 memory on that package and possibly multiple GPU die so it tells us nothing of the die size.

Are we sure this is monolithic? It could be chiplets under there, or HBM (HBM and a big GPU under a heatspreader would be a lot easier to install/handle than a V100

It wasn't really a serious suggestion. Only ever seen AAAA as photo anyhow.

Can't see this monster doing anything for Intel's capacity issues. Unless TSMC are going to make it for them - or if all their ongoing security speed reductions finally get rewarded with less sales. Currently if exploits cause -20% speed drops, Intel's sale go up +20% to make up the shortfall, which is crazy.
