I don't care what it does or what it's for... I want those ducks. Do the ducks come with it?
Re: HyperX teams up with Ducky for compact mechanical keyboard
Is this just a Ducky One 2 Mini RGB with a few red keycaps and HyperX branding? Amazon has the standard Ducky, with MX reds, for ₤99.

The keyswitches are of HyperX's own manufacture. That will be very important to some too.
HyperX Red: Operating force of 45g, actuation point of 1.8mm, and total travel distance of 3.8mm, 80 million keystrokes quoted durability
Cherry MX Red: Operating force of 45g, actuation point of 2.0mm, and total travel distance of 4.0mm, 50 million keystrokes durability according to spec sheet

I take your point about branding but, I see no meaningful advantage in the key switches. 0.2mm less travel is minimal at best and 50,000,000 presses at 1 press every second, 12 hours per day, every day without fail, would take 3 years and a little over 2 months.

How long do the ducks last?
Re: HyperX teams up with Ducky for compact mechanical keyboard
Are they going to release a proper UK version with the big enter key?

It depends on your expected usage patterns.
