Machievelli might wonder if it isn't a deliberate ploy so they can look to sue rivals with new/better future products for IP "Infringement" where there was none in reality? Can't compete at the moment so let's leech off other's success with lawsuits based on them potentially having seen something that inspired them/seems a bit like X/is clearly a derivative of Y etc etc.
That is until you read the list of what's there. Tedious! If only the wifi AX drivers and SDK was in there. Now that I would like to see.

That ME stuff could be painful, security through obscurity never works but now people have their hands on the ME stuff finding exploits has probably become a whole lot easier.
Hmmm...it's almost like Intel is deliberately 'leaking' stuff to stay in the news...
