    Post-update info

After a Windows update Microsoft sometimes welcomes you back after the final restart with a tour or highlights of what has changed. Now this is to become standard practice after all major Windows 10 feature updates.

Microsoft reckons users will welcome the information
Really...this is literally the most annoying thing about updates for me personally...even more so when it's basically highlighting things like edge etc

    No, they wont.

What users would welcome is to never see that again.

Nice to see Microsoft still reward developers for new features rather than fixing existing 'features'.

Re: Windows 10 update goes deeper into GPU preferences

Personally I like to know what it's fixed seeing as I don't usually get a chance to read all the KB's before Microsoft have installed all the updates for me (That's a discussion for a different time). But I can understand why some people wouldn't want to know and, assuming you can disable the notifications as easily as Hexus has indicated you can turn them on, I don't see why people are so upset.

But hey, got to complain about something I suppose.

However, what would be really nice is if Microsoft could actually release updates which didn't break my computer (Or others), that'd be really good...
If the Earth is a sphere how do you travel to the ends of it?

Re: Windows 10 update goes deeper into GPU preferences

Really wish MS would slow down on the massive updates, every single large update seems to break my home network, PC's not showing up in the network Etc..... Hours of trouble shooting.... then for it to seemingly to just fix itself.... very annoying.
