So the top cards are the 1060, 1050ti and 1050. With TDPs of 120W, 75W and 75W respectively.
Exactly which of the 30xx series are 'safe' to upgrade to, given the wattages so far have been 350W, 320W and 220W?
Still waiting for a 3060 card then looking at this, should be more at where people are looking given Steam info no?
But what about us GTX 9x users? Are we safe, yet?

So for many 10x0 owners, it's going to be far more than just a GPU upgrade if they want a 3070/3080.
I think the key info was that two-thirds of the users are using 1920x1080 screens.
Do they really need anything better than 1060/rx580?
Only when most of the users go for 4K screens or ultra-wide 1440p, they will see the need for new GPUs.
Until then, they are all good.
This is the main reason.
The more you live, less you die. More you play, more you die. Isn't it great.
Personally I am looking at the 3070 to replace my 5700.
Haven’t seen anything from AMD that makes me think it is worth waiting for the new cards.
Currently running with a Ryzen 3600 and the Radeon 5700. Was hoping the red team would have something special to take nvidia down a peg like the Ryzen chips did Intel.
Not an AMD Fanboy just someone that sees the value of viable competition over token.
Lots of people seemed to upgrade to a 2070 super since april.
I'm waiting for the new cards to drop and for people to shift their 10 series cards for cheap.
