    "curb appeal"
Think you need to check the country location on the grammar checker.

Is that calendar year 2021 or financial year 2021 that these will slip from?

Just reading between the lines but he might as well have said "We'll catch up with AMD in 5 month, maybe, and maybe we'll have stock available, and maybe it will be close to Ryzen 5000! So stay tuned"

Not even sure that will be the case seeing as everything I've seen (strangely lacking info on desktop chips) says that it's a 'big:little' approach topping out at 8c/16t big cores with another 8c (no ht) small cores...

So they'll get PCIe4 support out at about the same time AMD announce PCIe5 support (there's a short cycle this time from what I recall).

Anyone betting on whether Intel will still have gaping security holes in their 11th gen CPUs?

Bonini added some curb appeal to his post
Curb or Kerb? The word used indicates restraint?

In USA, curb can mean restraint or the curb along your sidewalk. In this case, he/she is basically saying dressing it up a bit. Curb Appeal to your home might mean, bark mulch and bushes, manicured etc. You pull up and think, yeah, they put work into their house/yard probably (or pay people to...LOL). I'd say that part that draws your attention is the Q1 for the new cpus. The rest as he says, is of little "nutritional value"..

Re: Intel confirms Rocket Lake-S is coming in Q1 2021

Why did you turn Q1 into H1. headline Q1, their own statement, Q1, you guys H1. H1 means up to end of June. Q1=March and I thought we were supposed to see them Q4 in some stuff. So it it mass production Q1, some Q4? Or is it mass Q2, some Q1 now?

Something else? I'm confused here...How much and WHEN? When 10nm first launched it was a few skull canyon boxes because chip yields were so bad. Bah, it might be skull something box, too layz to look it up, let's call it "small unit sales product because we have no volume"...How about that? That's for the anandtech people whining about my post yesterday (he's an intel lover...ROFL only if their stock makes me money, then crap company, move to next one...ROFL).

It's late, not enough time to attack Intel tonight. More of a comment on shoddy reporting here. EVen the link you give makes NO mention of Q2, direct quote says Q1 2021. How do you change a Q to an H? It isn't an accident right? I get helping poor AMD, but c'mon man (Biden...LOL - raise it up...ROFL).

Re: Intel confirms Rocket Lake-S is coming in Q1 2021

This won't change much as AMD is keen to provide PCIe 5 support by 2022. So, intel really has to get these CPUs as early as possible.
