The way PRC throw its weight around, i would not invest in anything near there.
Whilst I would agree that China can't be trusted, invading/annexing Taiwan would, I think, be a step to far even for China. The consequences for their international trade would be dire and they know it.
Russia already set the precedent with Crimea dude... the gutless west has shown it won't do jack. Other than maybe lodge a strongly worded letter of complaint with the UN.
Furthermore, PRC legitimately believes that Taiwan is a breakaway province, so it wouldn't even be an "invasion" in their eyes...
Taiwan is a strategic crown jewel, precisely for TSMC (and a tonne of other high-tech manufacturing). The faster Samsung gets their **** together, and TSMC starts building their newest fabs in the US and other countries, the better.
oh man, no idea uk wasted so much money on telephone central...jesus...
This is long overdue. I can't understand why there's been so little fab capacity for so long, in a climate of such high demand.
Well, hopefully we can see some good changes in RAM Supplies.
