whichever can grant the least latency/ping..

sharks have a low ping. They're very streamlined.

Ping are relative it seem, my ping times seem to have at least doubled since the early 00s

It's comic I've seen NONE of those movies. I love comedy, just not the dumb stuff. I'm not a Jim Carrey fan either for the same reason.
