What you are looking for is "WBC FTTP" to be listed as a line under Featured Products. Once that appears, you should be able to order it.
All I have listed under 'Featured Products' is: FTTP on Demand - Downstream: 330 Mbps, Upstream: 30 Mbps.
I presume 330 Mbps is only actually available via. FTTPoD?

Yes, correct...the super expensive option. even getting a quote will cost you - not worth it in the vast majority of residential cases!

£10, I believe it was a stage 1 installation, and yes, FTTP.
