You might live in a palace of course, but for the average home cat 6a should easily reach the required distances. I'm networking my entire home with 2 cables per socket on 2 drums of 305m each and it looks like I'll have plenty of spare even with multiple sockets in certain rooms and a 4-cable umbilical between grd and 1st.
Cable monkey do a reasonably priced cat 6a f/ftp LSOH fire rated drum - best I could find. They only had the u/ftp when I ordered, but get the f/ftp as it's peanuts difference and easier to ground. The hidden cost is in the sockets themselves, but it's not a massive hike.
I had a drum of cat 6 utp already so my place is one 6a one 6 per socket, which also meant approx 50% of my sockets drop to the cheaper ungrounded cat 6. Also bear in mind that you'll need a cat6a tester. I got mine off Amazon for a reasonable price. I had cat5, 5e and 6 utp testers already but 6a ftp needed a different tester.
