Actually don't have a TV. Used to be 42" but since a chance of lifestyle the TV has gone.

    720p 42in Plasma.

Waiting for the 2nd half of next year when we should finally see Fibre Broadband (FTP). Then I'll be investing in a decent 55in 4k.
    Live long and prosper.

Positively dinky 40" 4K. Big enough for the amount of TV I watch though.

No idea. Ask the wife, as it's entirely her thing.

That, pretty much. I think it's 40", but the backlighting has gone on the bottom bit. Again. Done under warranty by John Lewis last time. This time it's out of cover, so new TV time looms.

Probably 40" again, as getting anything else in means moving several wall-mounted furniture units around, and that's going to mean redecorating the lounge and I'm not doing that for a thing I rarely watch anyway. If Mrs Me wants that, I'll point her at the hole-filler, wet n dry, drill and bits, screws and screwdriver and paint.

And that, I'm sure, will be that.

Samsung 4K 55" with Freeview etc in the bedroom. The one in the front room is same spec but has Freesat as well as Freeview built in

I have found that gaming is generally great but at times some games can cause motion sickness or dizziness due to the screen not quite taking up your entire field of vision

Re: QOTW: How big is your TV?

The 50" Panasonic plasma got zapped by lightning along with the laser printer and one of the PC's. Insurance paid out enough for a 49" LG LCD. Wish I'd spent the extra for the 55".
BTW the LG magic remote and Web OS are brilliant. Won't buy anything else now.

42" 1080p, for the grand cost of £0 2nd hand because it has minor discolouration in one corner.
I don't use it as a TV though, it's hooked up to a PC instead.

Re: QOTW: How big is your TV?

My own personal TV is in my bedroom, and it's only 19", so tiny. I'd get a larger one if it ever broke, but I could be waiting a while, as it just keeps on going.... had it since 2008 now (Samsung). The only issue I really have is I wanted to connect a second PC to the TV, but I can only get it to output when another monitor is attached. By itself, it'll show the loading screen, then at booting into windows it'll go blank. Damn annoying!

43" - can't mount it on a wall so it has to sit in a corner, so anything bigger would look silly.
