That base looks really unusual and doesn't really conform to the norm of smooth, gradual rounding out to an edge. I do expect this laptop to be used at a table but still.
Honestly I don't mind the step, think it might actually be pretty good for thermals and it gives it a little 'something' to stop it looking entirely like a macbook clone.... it's also where they store/charge the pen.
Biggest issue for me is the screen hinge, that looks incredibly flimsy and I hope they've tested the ribbon cables a LOT. I know it's not 'resistive' in it's positioning but even so it just looked like it flapped around in some of the videos I've seen.
Not sure about that halfway screen option.
Covid 19 brought those expensive business travel meetings to a near cliff end. Just wondering what those CEOs are upto in the errands of saving costs coz the work can be done on your home computer.... "new? naaa! you currently work at home and probably that desktop of yours works just fine!".
i5? Put a much more efficient Ryzen in there, and you're talking.
