Some launch ehh?
All that time in testing and dev and they still messs it up with the most popular cpus atm.
Can't help thinking windows 11 was just an excuse for a big backhander of cash from intel and dell etc.
Re: AMD Ryzen perfromance issues in Win 11 being worked on
Release now patch later at its finest.

It is easy to imagine a brown envelope changing hands with a whispered "How much to make AMD suck on release so we can say they have compatibility issues?". I suspect simple Microsoft incompetence is the standard issue though :)

I would imagine Hanlon's Razor would adequately apply here...
Re: AMD Ryzen perfromance issues in Win 11 being worked on
Hanlon's Razor:
"never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidly. Unless it involves Intel. Then it's malice every time".

Typo in title 'perfromance' > performance.
It's a good word though, I wonder if any marketing teams have used it. "This thing works so well on our product, it's a high perf-romance".

Having figured out how the world work for the top ( everything ) in the world, i would not disagree too much, nor on Microsoft suspicion.
Rich people / big companies, really they do not live / operate in the same world as us little people, thanks to the people we enable when we go voting.
Re: AMD Ryzen perfromance issues in Win 11 being worked on
I also find the fact that my new Ryzen and motherboard less than ayer old needs to have Secure boot to work and at the moment the only wat to get secure boot is to format your HDD to UEFI format. Funnily enough it already is. Who wants to go play in the BIOS? Not me
Re: AMD Ryzen perfromance issues in Win 11 being worked on
There are reports that these issues are already fixed, and patches are scheduled to roll out next week.

I agree with the sentiment but I think you might have the cart before the horse regarding politicians and rich people. Remember that song in Cabaret? .... "Money makes the world go round, the world go round the world go round ...." etc?
Ultimately it's about power and (with the exception of totalitarian regimes where money follows power) money and power are pretty much synonymous but at least we can vote out those with political power. We can't vote out the rich.
