It would appear that Intel's performance is based solely on 10nm & a jump in TDP of 300%. If you compare AMD equivalence at the same TDP then AMD is far more efficient and better performance. And that single thread performance ? Well those programs that are single threaded have been around for 25 yrs. Its only the more advanced ones that use multicores to reduce software latency overall. After all, why are you still waiting 5 mins for a game to load ?
