The new Splinter Cell game supports wonderful SM3.0 features such as "Advance skin shader for character with subsurface scattering and improved light bleeding". Ryszard might know what that means, but I'm afraid I don't. I imagine it can only be good, though. Beyond3D have exposed Chaos Theory's benchmarking options in a nice guide.
Splinter Cell Chaos Theory has recently been released and it contains numerous different options for Shader 3.0 graphics boards and a benchmark mode. We’ve knocked together a short guide to the options available – giving examples of their IQ and performance differences as well as detailing our easily configurable benchmarking script that hopefully will be of use to reviewers and end users alike.
