    HP can only afford 3,000 Gwen Stefani cameras

    Ashlee Vance, who is clearly not a Gwen Stefani fan, or perhaps preferred her when part of No Doubt, writes about the latest HP camera:
    Just check out HP, which on Monday put out a press release touting its Gwen Stefani custom-designed HP digital camera. Stefani - the lead singer of No Doubt who is now trying a solo act - is pretty gung ho about this camera. Only 3,000 of the "HP Photosmart R607 Harajuku Lovers Digital Camera by Gwen Stefani" cameras were produced.
    [The Register]

    Still, I bet Ashlee would be happy to have HP sell "Vance" branded cameras, if she were a rich girl, nananananana.

    I'd rather have one of these than a Bono iPod in all honesty. Selling out to HP is slightly less evil than selling out to Apple
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    they took a loooooong time to write a press release about the camera, considering they showed it at CES in Jan 05 :
