GTR - FIA GT Racing release brought forward

Nope, my eyes aren't deceiving me, 10TACLE STUDIOS AG and developer SimBin have confirmed that the development of its PC racing game is in its final testing phase and now looking at an October release! Cool.

Very good, in terms of graphics, handling, physics and simulation. A little short on game modes like a career, and any kind of driver development. It is fantastic if you are a pure sim fan, no so much if you are an arcade racer who like a 'whole' game.

Edit: Force Feedback steering wheel is an absolute must, and i mean a must not a snobby must.

He's not joking. GTR, while fantastic, needs a wheel like a fish needs water. It's almost imposible with with keyboard or pad. You can play around with sensitivity settings etc, but its still a pain and spoils the game IMO.

Yup GTR is the best driving sim ever. The multiplayer still needs some work, but i think they've pretty much giving up on patching GTR and are concentrating solely on GTL.

I can't wait to start sliding my way round in a tuned Capri
