    GeForce 7800 GTX x3!

We've managed to get our grubby hands on three retail GeForce 7800 GTX cards.

The kicker is that all three cards, from Leadtek, BFG, and XFX, respectively, run at different core and memory speeds.

A big pat on the back for the first person to identify each card's core and RAM frequency.

We'll have the shootout review ready by the end of next week. Stay tuned.

You can't see the pretty coolers when they are installed tho. Unless you bend your head round...

    Leadtek: 430/1200
XFX: 450/1250 (unless its the extreme, which i dont think it is, which runs 490/1300)
    BFG: 460/1300

I'm not greedy, I'll just have the BFG for my prize

assuming i'm right which im probably not

    Very good.

The XFX card is the extreme version.

Nice to see them breaking from the reference board and cooling design, lol.

Kez, thats what made me think it was the standard XFX, not the extreme.

Is it just me, or are these cards getting bigger and bigger? They dwarf my plain 9600!

we make pc's smaller and smaller and soon we will have to go the other way again. thats why i got myself a new atx case rather than a little shuttle. futureproofing to the extreme.

You're not really comaring the right things. Try comparing a 6600 with your 9600.
