    Give your console a makeover…

Farmer Entertainment International Inc. have brought out a range of replacement cases for your X-Box or PS2.

The XCM crystal series is available in crystal silver, blue, white or red and is compatible all X-Boxes no matter whether they’re from Japan, Europe or USA. Farmer claim that switching cases takes as little as five minutes, which obviously doesn’t include searching for screws or panicking about that ominous cracking sound when you lost patience and levered the thing open with a screwdriver.

Oh, and they do replacement PS2 cases too… but don’t take my word for it, check out www.farmerentertainment.com .

I have opened an XBOX, and if you're gonna open it in 5 mins you need:

A bloody high power electric screwdriver
    5 jugs of pure caffeine.
    Someone to catch the bits

Yep, very much a case of 'Watch where that bit lands... we might need it later!'

Yeh I agree with Xbox statements. An absolute git to take apart and put back together. They must have some well trained monkeys doing it all in the factory. Jeez

bizarre - I found the xbox a doddle to take apart and replace the optical drive when it decided to be a PITA and read none of the games or DVD's I have.

The cases look "okay" I suppose but I would rather they made a case like a HTPC style that took the x-box internals and made it look swish.

Hmm... that might be an idea for my next mod - xbox in a htpc case

They are easy to take apart.

But 5 minutes to remove everything and then put everything back in a new case?
