I searched CNN.com and found nothing? What is this auritribe.net?
#EDIT#
Just searched Google, and found a few other forums showing this, all linked to this site. Is it possible that this is a hoax?
Hmmm - is it a wind up?
I think this is definately a hoax. If you click any links on the above website, it goes to the real cnn.com site :)
Also, when I go on the main http://auritribe.net/ site, I just get a flash applet loading... Infinately it seems ;)
lol ""It's almost as bad as Harry Potter!" that has to be a joke
Mind you... it wouldnt surprise me....
Its fake, Bush commented Mario doesn't blow up power stations LOL
Ferral the heat has got to you
TiG
Fake but rather amusing. If it was real apart from being on cnn.com rather than that site it'd also be on the other major news websites.
It is a hoax. Funny one though.
Yeah, its a hoax !
Made you look !
However it does make you wonder with loads of games getting bad publicity as of late wether things like this could eventually actually happen ?
As for the heat getting to me, yeah probably. Also was the only Chef at work 10am till 5pm on bank holiday monday and I got hammered so still reeling off that !!!
Erm... yes. Its a hoax. FF7 isn't going to be banned when no-one is playing it anymore, they'd be on about GTA:VC or something, Bush does not comment on Super Mario as offical policy, the site isn't CNN.com, and, well, for a million other reasons.
FF7 is going strong in my house! eldest erp is FF nut, he made it onto the third disk today
:D
Definately fake, looks sorta convicing though. The email is a Gmail account so I didn't even read it.
The part that says "Mario was unavilable for comment" kind of gives it away, no?
I was messing around on it the other day. FFVII FTW>Quote:
