Something to do with ATI crossfire??

I only say that cause it looks like some form of monitor dongle sittin up the top, and that thing in SOME odd way reminds me of the chip thingy that SLI uses...

But what ever its all sitting on looks cool... some kind of uber holy table?

    I think I know!

Is this one of those system testers that motherboard manufacturers use?

    Woah that's confusing!

Looks to be a 16X PEG (PCI-Express Graphics) card, the trace splits into two 8X PCI-E lanes but doesn't seem to connect to anything? Very odd design the trace follows too.

As for that jack I haven't a clue what it is, thought it was DVI at first but it's just not??

    I have no idea what-so-ever!?

gotta be crossfire, surely? Isn't the vide link between cards some adapted DVI-esk link which could be the connector at the top? (Quite a while since i read anything about xfire so probably wrong!)

Yup PCI looking. And the connector is ATI Crossfire-esque, but there looks to be a row missing as that uses 59 pins.. hmmm...

I feel some kind of demonic lovechild of a project coming on here... lol.

Of course, it could be something to do with parallel processing or clustering...?
