Isn't NGO like a group who make their own mini driver releases for ATi (and possibly nVidia) based on the latest modified Catalyst to aid performance?
lovely :), btw has anyone else noticed you can't bloody download drivers off ATI's website? the drivers download link, links me to the support section and it's ****ing annoying me, I end up going to www.guru3d.com to get them.
wtf, download manager, erm, a choice would be nice...

I like them seem to be better than the standard drivers (I dont think it's the placebo effect)
