Isn't NGO like a group who make their own mini driver releases for ATi (and possibly nVidia) based on the latest modified Catalyst to aid performance?
lovely, btw has anyone else noticed you can't bloody download drivers off ATI's website? the drivers download link, links me to the support section and it's ****ing annoying me, I end up going to www.guru3d.com to get them.

There supposed to increase performance and improve image quality as well.
I like them seem to be better than the standard drivers (I dont think it's the placebo effect)
