    Call me cynical but it's a great way of seeing just how much you can get away with charging for a product, Get eveyone to guess how much it is then pick an average add a bit on top see if they will buy it. Sounds like a a good plan to me. So put a LOW PRICE that way if you don't win you didn't lose much & can probably afford to buy it.
