    edit : Not like HIS to use a reference design HSF.. Is this even a reference design?

    also, i'm more interested in the PAL sticker on the back of this, and every other graphics card. What's the difference between the PAL & NTSC cards? First thing that springs to mind is the TV-OUT... But even then, I would've thought that's easily controllable at driver level
