    ASUS delivers dual 16x SLI

NVIDIA's now well established SLI technology has, without a doubt, delivered exceptional levels of graphics performance, evident by the now CPU-bound nature of many games. However, there's always room for improvement, and we're starting to see newer implementations of SLI capable motherboards, like what we have today seen from ASUS.

    Press release?

That's awesome looking news but to which ASUS press release are you making refrence?
All I could find was the following http://usa.asus.com/news_show.aspx?id=1380 and it is dated the 22 August 2005. Is this a UK press release?

Any news on when it is due to go on sale in the UK? I'm about to get an asus a8n-sli premium in 2 weeks and this would be an interesting alternative. I have a suspicion it will be a wee bit longer before this arrives though......and wee bit more pricey

Will a large heatsink like a xp-120 fit on that board - looks like the two heatpipe fans get in the way.

Question Cool - where can I get one?

Ok I was about to order the A8N SLI Premium, but now I think I'll get one of these.... Anyone know where I can lay my hands on one?

    Regards

    Geoff

    Unhappy I know...

I know... but I've sold my old PC and have scraped together a pile of cash to buy a replacement and its burning a hole in my pocket!

You shouldn't have to wait more than 2-3 days.
