Bic Ballpoint Baked in a Belling - Picture Exclusive!

Ever wondered what a basic Bic ballpoint pen would look like after it's been baked?

    No, neither have I.

But I found out all the same after my wife scraped something weird looking off the inside our Belling cooker and, on close examination, I saw the Bic logo.

So, for your edification and delight, let me present to you:

Oh, and below is a link to a higher res image for those of you who are really into this sort of thing.

(wanders off wondering how the devil it got into the oven in the first place - and whether lifestyle.news really is the best place for this sort of weirdness, then realising that a pen is held in the fingers, so it's digital, and is used at home and, anyway, he's the editor, so it must be alright)

Blimey, David, you might be onto something.

I didn't think to check in there for my missing laptop.

And, now I come to think of it, I had been inside the oven, taking notes (well, it was a cold day), a little while before the PC went AWOL last winter.

PS - Fule! Go to bed!

    ;-)

So how do you serve this thing? Hot or cold, is it a Hors D'oeuvre, part of the main course or a sweet? It's no good Bob you'll have to elaborate. Maybe you just use it to stir your coffee!
