    NorthWater Xtreme Xchangers

    This product review gets a mention because of the amount amount of 'X' it has. Something with this much 'X' must be good, yes? Let's tackle what the hell it is first:
    The NorthWater Xtreme Xchangers are inline heat exchangers that are designed to assist your existing liquid-cooling setup with an extra level of heat dissipation. They are offered in (currently) two sizes: Large (117mm length) and Small (60mm length). Both sizes measure 37mm in diameter and have a huge 14mm bore drilled through the center.

    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    what's the point in having them inside your case though?? Surely this is just going to raise the case temperature, requiring more fans to get rid of the extra heat, thereby producing more noise and negating the whole point of having water cooling?

    Ok, so you probably could install them outside your case, but if you are going to do that, you would be better off getting a proper passive radiator & doing the job properly...
