    Sale season starts

    It's only Boxing Day, but it's now time for retailers and e-tailers alike to hit us hard with bargains. Today, roughly six in every ten high street stores will open to kick off their post-Christmas sales. While most workers at e-tail only establishments might have the joy of still being off work, you can bet that many of the sites will now have launched sales.

    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Yeah its mad, why can they not wait a couple of days after Xmas to give people a break, the poor buggers who work in shops get 5mins off then back to work. A lot of shops I spotted in Brum had started there sales a couple of days before xmas.

    Yes, yes, yes at least there are some sane people left

    Also they should think of the poor kids of the loons who camp outisde furniture stores. They have to spend their christmas in a tent on a concrete carpark in addition to living with their inept parents all year.

    OOoh lets go to DFS to buy a £5000 sofa with £700 off... wow

    Roll on the big discounts Will be buying a full system upgrade in the next week or so, I hope Scan et al have some nice reductions around. (Preferably on 146 Opterons, A8R-MVPs, 7800GTs etc etc, hint hint )

    Yup, if only it was the 146 instead of the 144.

    P.S. See http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.php?p=663177 for the details.
